February 15, 2005 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Business registrar BulkRegister (bulkregister.com) announced on Tuesday that it has launched a wholesale private WHOIS registration service, helping to prevent unwanted solicitations and identity theft among domain owners.
