Covad's hosting services will include email webmail, a Web design tool, Web reports, free anti-spam and virus protection, a Web-based account management tool and round-the-clock customer support.

Covad will offer an email only plan plus three Web hosting plans ranging from $19.95 to $79.95 per month when bundled with Covad's broadband access services. All the hosting packages employ a technology that allows Unix and Windows applications to be used on the same Web site.
