Internet Communication System is based on transparent Web caching technology that stores and retrieves content requests and balances Web traffic between origin servers to improve speed, performance and efficiency.
According to Mirror Image, transparent Web caching has enabled hardware manufacturers, ISPs, network and content delivery companies to maximize Web site performance while optimizing bandwidth utilization and reducing server loads.
