The 54-hole event is played at the Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course, located on the Lake Tahoe shores. It features current and former professional athletes and entertainers who have a USGA registered handicap of 10 or less, all competing for $500,000 in prize money.
In addition to live coverage by NBC and The Golf Channel, GolfServ's Golf.com, hosted by Verio, is providing breaking news stories and realtime scoring updates from the event, as the exclusive site of NBC Sports' golf telecasts. More than 500,000 users are expected to log on to the site during the tournament.
